Connecticut Veterans Stand Down Event
The Wilcox Technical High School Senior Cosmetology students provided local Veterans with FREE haircuts on Friday September 21, 2018 at the 2018 CT Veterans Stand Down Event held in Rocky Hill. Students provided 73 haircuts, as well as facial grooming and braiding .
The Veterans enjoyed conversing with these stylists “in-training” and students had the opportunity to give back to our community’s heroes.
