It’s important to give students a chance to interact outside of the classroom and extracurricular activities and organizations are a great way to do that. Wilcox Tech has a wide range of options including Student Council and National Honor Society.
Current Clubs and Activities
National Honor Society
Selection of the National Honor Society (NHS) candidates begins sophomore year. Beginning with the Class of 2020, to be considered as a candidate, students must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 95% or better and are also rated by faculty on leadership, character and service.
SkillsUSA
SkillsUSA is the national vocational student organization serving trade, industrial, technical and health occupations. It provides students with leadership, citizenship and character development programs and activities. The Wilcox Tech Team competes in the annual state and national competitions. Student Council
The Student Council represents the voice of the students in the democratic management of student affairs at Wilcox Tech. It is the organization through which the administration, faculty and staff as well as the student body cooperate in addressing the concerns of the school.
